12 Questions For New Bloggers – Is Blogging Right for You?

Before starting a blog, it's important to determine if blogging is right for you to ensure your blogging career will be successful. These questions also tell you some difficulty you will face when you come in blogosphere.

Here's my 12 questions:

Do you have time? – The first factor you need is TIME. If you don't have time, you can't build a successful blog. Do you have enough time in your schedule to write daily? Time is not only important to your article, but also important for you to moderate comments, interact with readers or other bloggers, drive traffic to your blog, gathering information, news updates etc

2. Do you enjoy writing? - As a blogger, you have to write regularly. If you do not enjoy writing then the chances are you might not enjoy blogging.

4. Do you enjoy reading? - The second important skill you need is reading. Everyday I read many articles to find new ideas, update information and learn new things.

6. Do you enjoy sharing? – I think that blogging is sharing. Sharing can help you attract, build trust and relationship with your readers.

Are You Passionate About Your Blog's Topic ? - Successful blogging requires the blogger write regularly, valuable posts about their blog's topic to attract new readers, keep readers interested and come back. By choosing a topic you're passionate about, you will have more motivation to update your blog daily.

10. Are you willing to learn? - In blogosphere, nobody knows everything. Every blogger must improve knowledge everyday. There are a lot of knowledge you can learn : writing, reading, marketing, etc
11. Are you a creative person? – Do you dare to break the rules? Creative Ideas help you write more quality articles and also bring the new way to market your blog.

13. Are you a patient person? - Building a successful blog take time. You can't do it for one or two months. Blogging is a process and you should be patient to become a successful blogger and make huge money from your blog.

15. Are you Consistent? – One of the most problem that I see new bloggers usually encounter is that they constantly change the topic of their blogs. This is not good for build trust and relationship with your readers so you should avoid.

19. Do you believe in yourself? – Believe in yourself is the key lead you to success. If you believe that you can become a problogger, you will have more motivation to write article, promote and drive traffic to your blog.

21. Are you willing to work hard everyday? -Working hard is important. You can have a goal, an appropriate but your dream never comes true if you don't take action and work hard everyday. The level you need to work on your blog depends on your goal and strategy.
